A recipe for "Chocolate”

   Ingredients:
• 500 g of milk powder
• 250 g of impalpable sugar
• 250 g of butter
• 250 g of bitter cocoa powder
• 1/2 liter water (we take this amount as a base, it can carry out a little more)
• 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
• Aluminum foil

   Preparation:
1. You must line the surface of a mold with aluminum foil. Put the cocoa and milk powder, you should mix well.
2. Boil the water in a saucepan. Once boiled add the butter, and wait for it to melt.
3. You should not add a lot of sugar, you should not cook until it dissolves, stir constantly.
4. You have to gradually incorporate the mixture of milk and cocoa, remover until you have a homogeneous and thick dough, finally add the essence of vanilla, mix.
5. Once ready and well mixed pour the preparation in the mold previously you do not have to line it with another paper.
6. Let cool 1 hour, you should not remove it from the refrigerator for 4 hours minimum.
